PROXY RESULTS

October 29, 2009 Annual Meeting

We held our annual meeting of stockholders on October 29, 2009. Business conducted at the meeting included the following proposals:

1. To elect new directors to serve until the next annual meeting or until their successors are elected and qualified; and

2. To confirm the reaffirmation of Weaver & Martin LLC as our independent auditors.

Each share of Common Stock was entitled to one vote. Only stockholders of record at the close of business on September 4, 2009, were entitled to vote. The number of outstanding shares at the time was 4,799,236 held by approximately 1,135 stockholders. The required quorum of stockholders was present at this meeting.
